Henkel P3-T 714 is an effective deep cleaning and degreasing solution used in the primary cleaning stage of processes that require exceptional cleanliness, such as vitreous enamelling and electro-plating. This powerful caustic product contains wetting agents to help leave a clear residue-free surface on steel components.
Supplied as a white powder with a long shelf life, Henkel P3-T 714 is made up to a concentration of just 3-5% for a powerful yet economical caustic solution. The product is applied in a soak tank at high temperature, normally between 70-90C, where its cleaning action will be enhanced by gentle agitation of the component being cleaned.
