Henkel P3-Upon 5800 is a heavy-duty liquid spray cleaning solution for the degreasing of ferrous and plastic components. Parts to be cleaned using the product have typically been stamped, pressed, or cold-formed in cast iron, steel, or plastic. Heavy soiling and greasy deposits are thoroughly removed, as are pigmented drawing compounds containing fatty acids.
P3-Upon 5800 has a high polymer phosphate content, meaning it can be safely used in hard water areas without risk of creating damaging precipitations.
The solution is applied by spray at a temperature of 40-80C and, upon drying, imparts a useful short-term corrosion protection function to metals.
